Spicy Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz Patron Silver Tequila
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz Vita Vera Triple Sec
3 jalapeno slices
Tajin for the rim

1. Muddle jalapeno slices in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and all remaining ingredients
3. Shake vigorously
4. Strain into a rocks glass with ice

Classic Vodka bellini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Peach Vodka
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 100-120ml prosecco

  1. Pour the peach Vodka and lemon juice into a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Slowly top up with the chilled prosecco, gently stir and serve.
Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 4 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • 4 oz Vodka
  • 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the martini glasses, add chocolate syrup to a shallow plate and coat the rims of the glasses.
  • Combine Baileys, chocolate liqueur, and vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with about a cup of Ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled.
  • Strain drink into prepared glasses. You may garnish with shaved chocolate to enjoy as is.
COSMO

Ingredients

  • 40ml Ciroc Red Berry
  • 50ml Cranberry Juice
  • 1 squeeze of Lime

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with Lime twist.
Rainbow Paradise Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 1 oz blue curacao
  • 1 oz water
  • Crushed ice
  1. Pour grenadine into a glass & Fill the glass with crushed ice or small cubes.
  2. In a separate cup or shot glass, mix together the pineapple juice and Malibu.
  3. Slowly pour the pineapple juice and Malibu rum mixture into the glass.
  4. In another cup, mix the water and blue curacao Put a spoon against the glass and pour the blue curaçao mix slowly over it so it will float on the yellow later.
  5. Garnish with a lemon or orange slice.
Cherry Bliss

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Cherry Brandy
  • 4 oz Orange juice
  • 4 oz Seven up
  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with Orange twist.
